After being trained in traditional art in Istanbul, Yasemin has gained a BA in Textile Design at Central St Martins College of Arts and Design. Specializing in print during her final year at the college she had developed a unique approach to her visions by appliying special light effects to her 3D hand built models. This technical innovation created an unconventional approach on her art and design work reflecting the magical surrealistic vision of her artwork.
Often using organic forms found in nature, along with the dualities of life, the city, the way we live within it, a psychological exploration of the creation changing with experience and with everything taht life has to offer constantly reflecting the changes, inher art.
