Hi, My name is Emily. I am a fashion designer currently residing in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I am also interested in industrial design and I am working on getting a degree in Industrial design. To me, my objective of design, regardless of it being fashion, furniture, your household products or any other things, is INNOVATION. I am not interested in fashion design as trendwise, to me, fashion is another medium to improve lifestyle in the changing world with all new technologies surrounding us. I am facinated by technology, concepts, innovation, music, films, lifestyle and different cultures. I personally don't have any influences, my main influences is myself and I like to be inspired by scratch and the weirdest and the most outrageous concepts.

As for music, I am an electronic music fanatic, but I also love mellow things by Catpower and MUM.

My favourite director is Wong Kar Wai, and my favourite film is, In The Mood For Love.
