Fatsuma is designer, illustrator and musician Andrew Spackman.

Fatsuma have produced work for: Tokyo based T-shirt company Graniph, Rojo Magazine, Bulb Magazine, The FACE, Computer Arts, Candy Space, Decode Magazine, Plan B Magazine, Contact Theatre and as well as other editorial, music and arts based clients.

In 1997 Andrew set up the Zoom Quartet with the aid of an Arts Council of England Lottery Award.

The Zoom Quartet have performed extensively in the UK, including performances at: Exploding Cinema, London; Start Film Festival, Plymouth; Brief Encounters Short Film Festival, Bristol; OMSK at the 333 Club, London; Headcleaner, Coventry; The ICA, London; The Bond Gallery, Birmingham; Dingwalls, supporting the High Llamas and have performed live on GLR, London with Mark Springer (Rip, Rig and Panic). The Zoom Quartet have also created collaborative work with Funding Pending Live Arts, Figure of Speech Puppet Theatre, The Sonic Arts Network and student from Central St Martins.

The Zoom Quartet have released albums with the High Llamas and former Rip, Rig and Panic composer and pianist Mark Springer. These include: “Blinger Suc”, a 10 minute remix of the High Llamas album “Cold and Bouncy” (V2), “Capture” and “Nature, music, food, the stars and the planets”, with Mark Springer (Exit), and “Mukow” and “Monkier”, as the Zoom Quartet (own label ZQ4).
