I assist at a studio here in Edmonton, Alberta, Canadia. I really want to leave here, but I love the freezing cold weather so much that it makes it really hard. I also work at a camera store where camera nerds ask me really technical questions that I can't answer on a daily basis, but I don't mind since the other 7 hours of my day are spent doing things like filling out a profile on showstudio.com. I really like the "snapshot" style of Terry Richardson, but I think it's getting a little played. My other favorite photographers include Helmut Newton, and Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin (I think I spelt that right.) I mainly do work with models/fashion, and shoot with my "new" Olympus Trip 35, Holga, or Contax vs 3 for personal stuff. I was always into photography, but my first "love" is definitely fashion
