The thing I'm most afraid of is staying still. I feel that if I don't keep moving, evolving, I'd perish like a shark that had stopped swimming. I think it's important to remain in the moment, to be aware of what is going on around you, but also to be vigilent of the horizon - the future as it may be. I don't think I've quite worked out how to deal with the past yet. I think that's probably one of the reasons I keep moving. I'll let you know... Watch this space.
