Saria Atiye, her parents originally from Syria, was born and raised in Germany, where she studied art history, visual communication, psychology of perception and design at several universities. Since 2004 she realized several projects in New York where she finally moved 2008.

"I enjoy every single step of a shooting, a new project. I can picture scenes out of my dreams, imagination, fantasy. With my own eyes. I want to show my passion, my devotion and love. And to grow with the good things and the bad things. To be honest, is the most important thing for me. With any kind of relationship.
I believe that there is a spirit that moves from heart to hand. When I take the camera into my hands, and take pictures, I want to send this out. My work is inspired by sensibility, sensuality, asthetics in truest sense of that term. I believe that every thing has its soul."
