I am Barbara Hammendorp, an independent PR consultant based in Amsterdam (NL). I founded the label PR Brokers in 2001. I focus on PR for clients in 4 areas: fashion/lifestyle, technology, art and finance. Clients that I work or have worked for include Gucci Group, Prada Transformer, TomTom, Rianne de Witte, Iris Bouwmeester, BNP Paribas and IMC. I work independently as well as within a network of over 25 independent PR consultants. I cooperate with other PR/Communication companies and companies or people that are specialised in areas such as media training, advertising/marketing, design, multi media and AV productions. PR Brokers constantly researches the changing media environment and the consequences for the PR industry.

My personal interests include travelling the world and contemporary art and design.
