Hi, my name is Maciek and originally I'm from Poland. My passion for Photography started only 6 years ago when my friend introduced me a magic tool and it was Zenit camera:) It took me three years to decide that I want to move from happy snapping to more serious photography, more conceptualized and from then treated as my favorite language to communicate with others. I decided to quit my Electronics and Telecommunication studies in favor of moving to London and starting my adventure with images. I'm in London since 2006 and after a year of washing dishes [ ehhh...] I said to myself: now or never... I got my first experience with portrait company. Now I've got just a bit more:) Photography is for me a way to say, interpret, show or document things surrounding me. sometimes is escape to another world, sometimes to bring another world in here:) I've never studied photography, or art. The realities never allow me to do that yet, but I hope it will happen one day:) Photography for me is like never ending story, you can always find something new that gives you new ideas. You can learn it whole your life and there will still be something else to learn about. After you learn the technical things (f.e. lighting set ups, camera, and digital postproduction) there is still the main thing to get: experience, both work and life experience. I think this is my definition of real photographer. I would like to learn all of those things by assisting to great photographers, doing my own small projects, studying in the future, and for sure just meeting interesting people from the industry. that's quite a lot... ;) and I'm sure I won't be able to do everything at the same time. fortunately I believe that everything comes up in its own time:) I hope, its true:)
