I moved to Singapore in Feb 2007 from Scotland, to lecture in Fashion at LASALLE College of the Arts.

I am loving Southeast Asia, though the weather in Singapore can be scarily similar to Glasgow (I call the climate here "tropical dreich" sometimes).

I'm a textile obsessive and love travelling and collecting nomadic artefacts and weavings, especially in Turkey and Central Asia.

I design clothes for the woman with a keen sense of the ridiculous.
