Her photography has been hailed by critics for exhibiting a vibrant passion marked by her unique and artistic sensibility. Each of Maria’s shots evokes a wide range of emotions, and often resemble individuals works of art. Maria’s direction within the mise-en-scene produces photography that is , like her, forward, edgy, rebellious, and fiery.
Born and raised in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. At 17, Maria traveled around the globe, from Egypt to the Philippines, from England to Hawaii. She was the lead in her own cutting-edge rock bank, acted in several films, was a modern dancer, studied fashion styling in St. Martins, and modeled while in London. She was a photography major and continuing her education studying art direction At Miami Beach’s Miami Ad School.
Having finally found her professional nirvana in photography / art direction , she lives in Miami Beach – and between frequent traveling for her work – is the mother of her 12-year-old daughter Angelika, the other passion in her life.
