Prior to launching the collection, Joel assisted Helmut Lang for 5 years (2000-2005) and after its closing has been a consulting designer for Paco Rabanne (Fall 2006) and Helmut Lang/ Theory (Spring and Fall 2007). The Jolibe Fall 2007 collection uses traditional menswear tailoring, sculpted and fragmented, offset by diaphanous fabric and strong color. It was presented during Paris Fashion Week.
