SCORE: Event Gallery and Footage

Last night's premiere of the SCORE movie was a resounding success. The experience of being there, confronted with a magnificent, multi-paneled screen and Grace Jones's voice booming across the grand interior of the Lindley Hall was certainly impressive. Alas, with the tools at our disposal, we can't fully recreate the night's events for you but we can present you footage and images to at least give you the sense of being there.

If you tuned into our live event SCORE at the start of February you may be wondering what we've been up to with all the exciting footage we captured. Well, our favourite filmmaker, Adam Mufti has since been working tirelessly around the clock to have the final cut ready for tonight's first viewing. The premiere will mark Philip Treacy's debut, A/W '06, collection in collaboration with UMBRO and will take place in London at 19:30 (UK time). Availability of tickets is limited to say the least so we'll be sharing the experience by similtaneously posting the movie here on SHOWstudio, inside the existing project. Tune in.

Miss Irina Funtikova has just performed the finale for today's shoot. And what a day! Over the next fortnight, SHOWstudio darling Adam Mufti will be editing the footage captured today, in advance of Philip's A/W '06 presentation on 16 February at London Fashion Week. For now, you'll have to be content with the stills in the Image Gallery and with this lovely shot of the superb, fourteen-year-old Emily Drake, who stole everyone's hearts with her mesmerising ribbon dancing.

Like some mysterious fashion crop circle, a big, orange hoop has appeared on the studio floor overnight. Whether it will symbolise the centre circle of a football pitch or the ring at a circus performance remains to be seen. Everyone is now on set and it's the gymnastic model Irina Funtikova's job to open the proceedings of this fabulous, sporting extravaganza!

Tomorrow's shoot began this evening at 6pm as we completed stage set-up, when the revered Miss Grace Jones arrived unexpectedly at the studio to record a special performance. The iconic Jamaican born singer and model is close to six foot, famed for her athletic prowess and is every inch a star. She is good friend of Philip Treacy, who talked her into this impromptu appearance. This was the closest time she could get to the shoot, and though she won't appear in tomorrow's live stream there will be some images from tonight’s events added to the project tomorrow. However, no image could come close to capturing that incredible voice, which has the entire set awestruck. Fortunately, sound engineer Ian Sands did capture that voice, which you will hear for yourself when the film is screened on the site later this month.

SCORE: Philip Treacy/Nick Knight/Judy Blame/Linda Evangelista
2 February 2006
This Thursday, a host of colourful characters will congregate on SHOWstudio
to create a live performance piece that will form the basis of Philip Treacy's
debut collection in collaboration with British sports brand UMBRO for
Autumn/Winter '06. Drawing on historic, chronophotographical images by
Eadweard Muybridge to create a balletic motion study, a cast of dancers,
gymnasts, Premiership footballers and iconic models will lend their
extraordinary physiques to this exploration of Treacy's 'luxury sportwear'
vision. Shot by Nick Knight and styled by Judy Blame, the event will be
choreographed to an innovative musical score by Olivier Alary and will provide
the basis for an experimental sound and motion installation to be unveiled
during London Fashion Week on 16 February.
