'Glory Hole' is gallerist and curator Pablo Leon de la Barra's curatorial exploration of gay activity in the context of architecture: i.e. the freedoms and non-freedoms for sexual encounter and exhange within the city of London. Ideas are represented through assume astro vivid focus' Homocrap posters (already present in his ongoing transmissions presence cheapcream), or Gil Doron's 'reclaim the square' (a found poster about opposing commercial 'authority' cleansing even safe cruising grounds in city centres).
Donald Urquhurt's wall painting forms both elegant suggestive signage and the backdrop to the now one-man band No Bra, who introduce the exhibition with a play-list of five songs. The performance includes context specific lyrics for familiar songs, as well as many references as to why her lyrics are so pertinent to the exhibition's rhetoric, such as the schizophrenic Munchausen (now a conversation with herself). The songs that made No Bra's cut are indicated by a yes, and the full set list is below.
1. Fags on my floor (X)
2. Doherfuckher (yes)
3. X Sauna (yes)
4. Munchausen (yes)
5. Voodoo (X)
