Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering this competition all entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
  2. By entering this competition you understand and agree to allow SHOWstudio to full and unrestricted use of any of the filmed entry(s) that you make as part of the PSP Amaze Me project to be used in all territories and in perpetuity in any media. As such, you assign all copyright in your filmed entry(s) to SHOWstudio.
  3. All entrants must register online at www.showstudio.com/pspamazeme in order to enter the competition.
  4. The competition runs from 5 SEP 2005 until 31 DEC 2005.
  5. The competition is only open to those over 16 years of age.
  6. The competition is only open to those residing in the following territories:

    London, United Kingdom
    Antwerp, Benelux
    Rome, Italy
    Barcelona, Spain
    Berlin, Germany
    Dublin, Ireland
  7. The prize "incentive" is that which is offered by participating panellists in your country and are subject to change. The "incentive" can be found on www.showstudio.com/pspamazeme. No equivalent prize value is offered.
  8. The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Winners will be notified by 31 DEC 2005. 2 weeks after your country's event ends, a list of winners will be available on www.showstudio.com/pspamazeme. Winners will be notified by email.
  10. There is no cash alternative.
  11. Entrants agree to allow their names and entries to be used without compensation if required by SHOWstudio for advertising or publicity purposes. Entrants confirm that their entries are original and do not infringe and third party IP or copyright.
  12. Winners may be required to sign and return statements of eligibility before prizes are awarded.
  13. Employees of SHOWstudio, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited, their affiliates, subsidiaries and associated companies and their families are not eligible to enter.
  14. SHOWstudio accepts no responsibility for: (1) lost, late or undelivered entries, notifications or communications; (2) any technical, computer, online, telephone, cable, electronic, software, hardware, transmission, connection, Internet, website, or other access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of an entrant to submit his/her entry; or (3) for any event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted. Proof of submission shall not be proof of receipt.
  15. SHOWstudio and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe will only use your contact detail information for the purpose of informing you about PSP AMAZE ME updates. Thereafter email addresses will be deleted from our database.
