London Fashion Week runs from the 20th to the 25th of September and is fully established as one of London's premier events. With over 150 designer exhibitors, over 50 catwalk shows on the official show schedule and many more on the ever expanding 'off-schedule' list, Fashion Week is impossible to miss and even harder to ignore. In accompaniment to SHOWstudio's programme of London Fashion Week projects with designers Eley Kishimoto, Jens Laugesen and Hamish Morrow, we have asked photographers Mauro Cocilio and Gerald Jenkins to give a live account of the tears tantrums and triumphs that go off backstage at the Boudicca, Sophia Kokosalaki and Gibo by Julie Verhoeven catwalk shows.
