Ann-Sofie Back on the 3rd Day of Christmas
Whilst winding down over the festive period, spare a thought for designers who have to have their collections ready for the fast-approaching February and March shows. Often immersed in research imagery at this time of year, it comes as no surprise that Ann-Sofie Back has chosen to theme her Christmastide submission around her key inspirations for her upcoming Autumn/Winter 2009 show. Allowing us a sneak preview, the spook-themed selection incorporates horror movie classics from her teenage years, ranging from Friday the 13th, Carrie and The Poltergeist.
It's ridiculous how much the crystals make all the images look like Native American textiles + peyote overdose.
