I was slightly sceptical when I heard about Pilati's choice to present this collection via film, however can gladly say I was pleased by what I saw.

Having been previously disappointed by other designers attempts to switch from catwalk to film this is quite an achievement. The production, acting and editing of the film are spectacular and precise to detail, leaving me attracted to the brand where I may not have been before - proving, at least to me, that this piece of film is captivating enough to draw the most unappeasable fashion consumers.

The slow motion scenes were of particular interest to me. Is anyone able to inform me of the equipment used to achieve such clarity?

It's clear that a lot of work went into this. An excellent job by all involved, to say the least.

I saw both shows (Homme and Women) by Dolce&Gabbana on stage for A/W 2008-9. It´s depend.. By my opinion is the atmosphere on live shows different.. You can meet a lot of people live. But when I am just guest and do not photoshooting there, it is a bit boring. I love movies and I start work with camera on the end of last year..
When you see the film, you have time for this. And often you can enjoy it more than on place where action is.
