I watched some of your commentaries on making of "In the Mood for Love", they are really interesting since in the movie there weren't too many words. I grew up in Hong Kong, in the same neighborhood the Shanghainese were living in Kowloon, Humphrey Road to be exact. Land Crawford was still at the corner of Humphrey Road and Nathan Road at the time. Having spent my childhood in HK in the 70's and early 80's, having a Cantonese mom who grew up in Shanghai, I thought for many years I was Shanghainese but later found out not I was really disappointed because to me, Shanghainese women were so glamourous. Thank you for having made such films with so much textures and emotions.
