Good day Mate. I am aiming at getting the Fistral book published in the New Year 2008 fingers crossed this project on gothic and alternative Plymouth is still on going and I am beginning to get some interesting pictures.
Its been a funny year in a lot of ways with some very un reliable people making promises both models and others, so I now don’t really believe much till its in the can so to speak, either in the camera or in print.
So I lost a lot of the images that I would like to have captured this year, I started covering the gothic scene because of there locality, it also works opposite to what I have done in the past, from an up market fashion feel to beach culture shot in black and white to a more flamboyant under ground culture shot in colure, its turning out to be fun to do. I would like to see more of your work here, you seem to be very creative, Galileo
I must admit at times I think that I am treated as a bit of a joke with my work,?
I did another shoot at the Blue banana yesterday that was another fun shoot. I am now looking at getting a big group of Plymouth goths together in about three weeks time, that should be interesting.? names like Fang Fluffy,Spider come to mind.
Its been very good of the store to let me get pictures there which I hope to have published in an alternative magazine at a later date.
........don't mind people....they are just .....' terrestrials'...and that is no guarantee for anything including keeping their word :):):)....it is just the way it goes..:):):).......having said that.........focus on what you really enjoy doing and be positive..............that is what makes the world go around !!!......create to give joy and create to enjoy.............
...ON a NOTE.....more often than not you need the right person with the right vision to understand someone's work.....and that is not easy........That is why I love the story about how the first publisher who read the manuscript of Harry Potter......rejected it ....but the author never gave up......and the rest is ancient history.....:):)
I agree with all you say. For a young person you have a very wise head on you, being frustrated sometimes helps with the creative process, if its not a pashion then your heart is not in it.
I remember Robby Williams once saying to his head teacher years after leaving school when his teacher called him a looser, look where I am now mate.( wish that Robby was less messed up mentally though but the point is there)

I yet again agree I could not think of doing anything else, spent to much of my life being a puppet to other people. I love your work its flamboyant and very creative lets see more of it please.
