I´d be nice to see new ones, I´m tired of seeing the same names and clothes over and over.

First of all, i am curious of how to possibly submit work, and where you guys are located? I´m a Norwegian, and kind of a novis in London, and slowly finding my way around. I think SHOWstudio is a fab place to check out intereting work, ideas and personalities! I´m so chufft i found your web page- now i´m just eager to contribute!

In response to Karoline's posting (1/4), obviously, thanks for your (and everyone else's) kind words about SHOWstudio. With regards to submitting work, historically we have been pleased to receive considered proposals, which have been sent to our address (in the contact section).

However, I should say that we are sent far more than six and a half staff full-time staff members can ever realistically see. Furthermore, we are keen to stress that we are not a portal or gallery (there are many other good sites where the emphasis is on seeing an array of diverse new work). SHOWstudio is more a space for collaborative, indepth projects, the working process of which is documented from start to finish. This is quite an undertaking in terms of staff time for a small site with no advertising income or sponsorship yet, so it's a commitment we can't enter into frequently or lightly.

For this reason, we have devised the idea of User Profile pages, where our international viewers can build up information about themselves - including links to recent projects or portfolio- which can be viewed by other registered viewers. We hope that this gives an opportunity to new creatives to show their work on SHOWstudio, as well as the more established image-makers we work with. We are excited to see how many of you have registered already and are enjoying finding about what you're up to.

i posted something yesterday afternoon, and i wonder if it hadn't showed up for technical reasons or because you filter the posts. i hope the latter isn't true, because my post consisted none of the banned topics or offensive material. i had to re-poste it 2wice because(oops) i pressed enter too early... the second version was edited and proper...

i assumed that the discussions here will be quite liberal and we'll get a chance to communicate with showstudio(a long awaited idea), and certainly not get censored to the point of completely removing the post. i take the complaint back if you having some kind of technical difficulties.
