With this snap papped by Ross, nestled in the crow’s nest at Abbey Road Studios earlier this evening, you can see that preparations are well underway for our Fashion DJs kick-off at noon tomorrow. As such, we can finally reveal a few more of the veritable constellation of couture stars lined up to pump up the volume (and we’re not just talking about Gareth Pugh’s coats). Designer Bernhard Willhelm, i-D’s Fran Burns, Agent Provocateur’s Joe Corré and hairstylist Sam McKnight are all confirmed for later in the week, while tomorrow’s sets will kick off with music from the Queens of Noize, include a contribution from our own Mr Nick Knight and take us through to a very special singalong with Ponystep’s Richard Mortimer. Showtunes of a rather more fashionable variety than usual come courtesy of Steve Mackay, Jon Gosling, Jerry Bouthier and Jeremy Healy, who will be contributing their catwalk mixes of the season. As if that wasn’t enough, there will be some very special guests along the way – all of whom will be expected to sing for their supper, naturally enough. For more information, tune into 87.7FM and SHOWstudio tomorrow at midday UK time.

What a super beautiful colour palette in that shot. Looks like this is set to be a great broadcast,I am going to be following every step. Can the public get any access? Can you buy tickets?

Love it. Why not make the tracks downloadable and portable through a curated partnership with the iTunes Music Store?
