Well thanks William for your comments - NOT!

The guy's a lunatic! (He has posted a similar comment on every film aired - NOT VERY HELPFUL Will!)

I think - for what it's worth - that this edit is the most intriguing because it takes several watches to understand it - the sound design is as important is the image - and let's remember that we are talking about film here - NOT THE STILL!

More!

The more I watch this I feel it is clearly way more sophisticated than anything else posted so far.

It is a true response to the brief in that it uses all material and solves the probelm in doing so.

It is a FAR EASIER thing to be selective - my friend....Will!

No competition - sorry Will - you need to justify your comments and pin your label on a tree - no one will love you for riding the fences!

The sound design is effective. By slowing down the main track and overlaying the electric and disturbing sounds, he has achieved a mood that matches the multi cast image grid.

The visual decision may have worked on a large screen, but for this brief it renders the footage somewhat generic i.e. moving colours and tiny action scenes. Although it is an interesting visual device, it lacks the emotion and character so evident in Knight's footage and Galliano's casting.

Hi Will

My point is that great - yes, I agree with you that to be positive is, of course good, but to post similar comments on so many films with little or no analysis or individual opinion is just pointless - the idea of a forum is that you can have an opinion - not just be a politician buddy. You're right - you aint getting no love sitting on fences - it must hurt...doesn't it?

"but to post similar comments on so many films with little or no analysis or individual opinion is just pointless".....please tell me something I am not getting......nothing hurts on this forum.

How many comments did I post? Was I that obnoxious? You come out of no where yourself. Post a film for some commentary, (perhaps a profile would be a good start) I would love to comment on your work if available....c'mon it's all good. Give me your opion on my film. Was it too "still" for ya? Is fashion moving or still........for ya?

Best regards from this side of the Mississippi. Its a huge river! Lots of bridges. Many full moons...its lunatic! Lunatics swim......
