Three weeks, go ben!

Another solution for getting over the cravings, is to chew gum each time you have one. I worked a lot with a photographer in Tokyo that chewed lots and lots of gum. It was his way of getting over the cravings.

It'cheaper and you always have fresh breath.

No I don't ride a bike to work, I either shoot in my place or ride an Addisson Lee to the loaction or studio. It just wouldn't work with the 20 bags of kit I take round with me matey, though it's a nice idea...

I am the same Ben I have a high metobolic rate that keeps me thin, so swimming keeps me toned, also walking everywhere and meeting people helps me.

I recently quit smoking three weeks ago. I higly recommend the lozenges....amazing tool to curve the cravings....just wondering if I will be addicted to them as I ween off in 9 weeks. Also curious to know what you all think of the upcoming smoking ban in Britan. It sure is nice to drink pints without the horrible smell of smoke in my local watering hole. Three weeks ago my attitude was completly different.

Ben, I read today that Hulk Hogan was sworn in as New City Police officer.

i smoked for 10 years from the age of 15 till last july. I gave up thus; out every night, 20 cigs a day, 4 hours sleep, in bars where you had to shout to be heard, fell so sick at a friends wedding was coughing up blood for three days and could no longer smoke, removed myself from london and went treking in south america for 6 weeks. fancied one a couuple of times though since, but still not smoked. allan carr is supposed to be good, but I cant stand the sanctimonious ex-smokers who spout his stuff
