I was told today that "you'd better not tell that fucking story, especially on there..." so I can't carry on with that I'm afraid.

Always stick to orders! especially like that?
I've just FOUND an interesting letter that was sent to worldoffound.com gallery,

A Hotel
W. Virginia
U.S.A.

TO A FRIEND IN BARCELONA 23rd Jan 2006

I have dyed my hair, brushed my teeth, left my suitcase in the last hole where I was. This raccoon is dead.

to come through perdition into exile then to be adulated in the new world is a not unfamiliar story; only the context is doomed. Like my friend K once sought stoned and castigated in a hastened frenzy she now walks freely, having reached her apotheosis, albeit in New Rimmel or Virgin land. But for her it is a kind of freedom.

They sought me out and asked me to "speak my truth". Egged me on. Saddened and shamed by their own worldly benefits, the way of their salvation, they believe is to give voices to the unheard. To hide behind a mask is not an escape from authenticity but the only skin to wear in a cruel world. This is why we hide behind dark glasses. I was never told what lay ahead on this path. Forced into the light, blinded by the rays of the sun, they asked me to "speak". But I was like a kid without factor 45. Back then, I had my clothes and friends and lived my truth in a world of neon appearance. There was a love there, "fucked up" or not....You know what I mean. Now my putrid flesh burns, my heart, my soul.

One day I'm gonna go live live with the moon people up there where its cold and dark and there are no more words for nothing any more. And everything just floats away.

Seek me out all who will. I am not nor have never been JT Leroy. This raccoon is dead.

mmmm?

I'd really much rather enjoy quotes from Pat Conroy ... or Anne Rice...

really?

PatConroy: I wish I could introduce you to my mother. God gave me two parents: Zeus and Hera. My father was a Marine Corps pilot who flew nuclear weapons. My mother was a beautiful Southerner out of Gone With The Wind. There was a war for my psyche.

Valentine, Why are you really bored with this thread? I Don't really know as to your contributions to said thread apart from your seemingly condescending last comment?
I'm sure everyone on Showstudio will be more than willing to contribute to a thread of any interest if you have an altrnative? Thank you.

I agree with her to be honest, I read 'Sarah' and it was pretty crap and I remember thinking it was probably written by a middle class middle aged American.

It's a funny story (not the book, the author) about a make believe little tranny that writes white trash fiction, but thats all it is.

Vincent Gallo behaves like a real cock too, he jumped on the bandwagon to give himself extra press and no doubt get another blower off Chloe Syringey.
