Nope, not really a party boy - spent New Years in a country inn with my girlfriend and some champagne. Good luck cracking America, tough market that our kid.
Iceland has always been a cultural hot spot, and is a special place for me also.

I thought Icland was full of old Geezers, Joke Ben, a very old one at that.
The Coununtry in thing sounds good, I have got some Champaign on hold from my friends here, laying of the drink for a while.
I think I spotted Mr D Bailey in Plymouth about three days ago walking past me in the street with a 35 mm body and long lens, he is seen in the town quite often here.
As mentioned I am glad to get back in to the swing of things now, Christmas for me is to long and I prefer working.
Speak soon all the best

It could have just been an old man with a beard and a camera, lots of old men look like David Bailey.

You never know Ben, if I was David Bailey I'd probably choose an obscure little beautiful town to find new faces. Which reminds me, Sebastion, you should be careful he doesn't steal any of your models!
I really like the Cyber Goth!

Big happy new year to Ben Sebastion and Eucinpyos(hows the retouching going?)
Sounds like you all had fun, i also had a nice time with my Lady and some friends, nothing fancy just cosy fun. The most surreal thing this new year was the sighting of Quentin Tarrentino,The RZA and Kiefer Sutherland all seeing the new year in by Icelands largest bonfire.Really!.
Just prepping to shoot the big concert on the 7th jan- Bjork,Mum,Sigur ros,Trabant,Damien Rice, and Damon Alburn and the list is growing. Should be really cool and its all for charity.
Funny about the David Bailey lookalike- Bens' right there are alot of old bearded men with cameras. A couple of weeks ago i was sure i saw Rankin walking down the main street here in Reykjavik, until i spotted the German-toutrist backpack. and sandal\sock combo which i know for fact is not a look Rankin would rock.
Happy shooting guys.
P.s Just got the strangest promo cd for Massive Attack's Special cases- with videos of explody glass man from our own mr Nick Knight and the wierdest video which is basically an advertisement for Bio-genetics research.Word.

As Ben would say, I nearly fell of my chair chocking on my coffee reading the last stetement from Turbo.
Yes I am sure, I think that it was Bailey, He has a farm near here where he lives sometimes, as seen on the South Bank show a few years ago.
Eusenpyos I am working on a silk sceen print from one of the pictures of Julian the Cyber goth at the moment, I have been told that he has changed a lot since I took the pictures.
I am frustrasted due to the fact I can not get to the website at the moment to up grade and take a lot of the pictures of, since moving flat last year I have not been able to get on line at home, but hopefully will be able to tidy the site up, and I haver learnt a lot from the input some of you guys and girls have given me.
I wish you all again great creative shooting this year and in the years ahead. all the best. It was Bailey I think?

Ben, are you covering any of this years fashion shows across the world,? if so why not give some feed back as to what is happening in the industry, spring and summer collections.
fashion journalism on line.

I am actually off to some shows in Paris, but not to do catwalk shots though, I don't have the cameras for it. I'd be sat next to Chris Moore with his arm length tele focal and me with my leica R4...
Can do, but thousands of fashion journalists do that and they are much better at writing about clothes than me.

Plus Chris Moore literally has an army of snappers shooting under his name! (I know-I had one assist me)
Backstage is the way to go! (Especially with a Leica-When did you get that sexy camera?)
By the way as I got scorned for bigging him up on Flux's page i have to do it here-
BEEFY BEEFY! (sorry but its kind of lodged im my brain)
Peace- im off to play in the snow!
