Yeah, I try to have attainable dreams - they often come true.

Clarity would be great f:lux, yes. I imagine some people would take your words as being a little brazen but when one thinks about it those things really would make life much more enjoyable - superfluous energy expenditure sux. Honesty? A dream come true. Agnostic Pragmatist Heaven! Woohoo!

OK, I can live with the labels pragmatist and brazen. Just not convinced by utopia.
Wishlist for 2006 (starts here)
Creative - definitely!
Fantasist? - borderline OK
Mythomania - absolute NO NO NO
About the same as for 2005 then... If acheivable, woohoo indeed!
And how about you Jake?

i dream about this one room. Im not sure where it. But i do know that its very light, yet diffuse and dark in some places. Its of reasonable size about 60m sq. - The room is magical as it changes, it changes everytime i think about it. The room contracts and expands. Objects in the room come and go, some are permanent, some objects will never ever exist in the room.
The most important part of the room is one single wall, and pinned glued and cellotaped on the wall are thousands of pieces of paper - scraps , images, text etc - each is an idea or an inspiration i have collected over my life - some are missing, some are crap - the text and images detail all the possibilites for the room and for other things (?)- the room is a repository for possibilites.

The space you describe is beautiful and personal, so well described I can almost see it. But you stop short of saying what it actually contains. This resonates for me because I'm having problems identifying my real dreams - what are the objects, images, texts that remain? Heck, who are you and what do you want?
Why is it so hard to admit? I'd love to know. I can't do it. It's so easy to be glib, nuts and bolts, whatever - why are desires so difficult to openly identify, admit to, let alone attain?

One thing I didn't think I'd dreamt of was that someone would make my bio-pic with Charlize Theron playing me!

I saw a silly little article thing in the Sunday paper today - a few 'well-knowns' were asked to associate one word with the year that has been 2005. At first I sort of scoffed. Then I actually thought about answering it. Interesting. That was mine. No wait! It really was! I may just even be in for some more before years end! My wishlist f:lux, for 2006:
'tasteful mysticism' (Herzog, J) - NO, NO, NO
dynamacise my mind a wee bit more - YES, YES, YES
realise my realisations - IF I'M LUCKY
meet even more interesting boys and girls - OF COURSE
I'll add to this list later perhaps? I may not have done it right though?
I like what you've said about the light in your Mind Room Sarah.
Today, I met someone whos pupils were very, very small (for the entire day) - it frustrated me though, because every other person I could have used as a comparison had sunglasses on. I've been thinking about what these small pupils represent. Personally, I like nothing more than falling into a large, large set of 'em. Is thinking dreaming?

What do you dream about?
I think of love,
I think of peace,
Warm days and woodland scenes,
Playing dear in the park,
And life is such a dream
Squirrels chasing never racing,
Miles away from harm.
A figure standing by the water,
the sound of birds in song,
Spring coulours,
Bringing signs,
That summers not far beyond.
A captured moment in my camera,
A perfect part of time,
Treasured moments,
That last a lifetime,
How privilieged we are

See the world with open eyes,
Breath in the aromas of life,
Natures coulours all around us,
Brought from a spectrum of light
