That commercial doesn't have a hope of getting aired, which in this case I think is good. It's irritating when companies use sex appeal to promote things that have nothing to do with sex appeal, like cheeseburgers and chewing gum or in this case downloadable music. You can't help but pay attention to it so it's really manipulative. It also makes them look desperate and dubious, but I guess it's the most guaranteed technique in the advertising book. It's fine when the ad is selling something that is ABOUT sex appeal, like fashion.
As for Howard Stern, don't get him up here. THough he did a show in Montreal and was chased out under the charge of "hate speech" because he made some jokes about french-canadians. Same with Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, who made front page headlines for just doing his schtick. I mean, he's called Triumph the *INSULT* Comic Dog! What did they expect? They're so touchy!
