Clothing for two or more

I am trying to find examples of clothing where two or more people can fit into the one garment. Like a kind of pantomime horse but more interesting/abstract.

I saw an article a while back in Dazed with clothes by the artist Bella Rune where more than 20 people were attached together in one piece of clothing and wondered if any of you guys knew of designers who do similar things. Cheers. T

Have you seen Swash's motorcycle capes? They are modelled on the old policeman's capes, which were designed to fit over the back of the horses they were riding. In theirs, a second person can get in and 'ride pillion'. I think you can check them out in the capsule collection they did for the Hyeres competition in 1994, which is probably on their website.

There's somebody in the RCA Fashion MA book 2004 called Sin Tung Ava Chiu (womenswear) who does this. She does a dress for two women in the shape of a huge pair of trousers and possibley has more designs. Based in London and Hong Kong - call her on 0207 371 6534. Also might be worth checking out Hall Ohara who had an off-schedule show last Fashion Week. Don't know whether they def do clothes for more than one person but they might because they do a lot of oversized pieces.
