I`m not so scared about other people manipulating my work, I don`t care about it. I prefer to go ahead + try to realize good stuff.

Copyright infringement only really matters, at least to Americans [Orch. Stab], when there's money involved. Harsh Patel credits the artist, and that's ultimately the most important thing here. IMO.

I think what's worse is being on set and having a creative director show you six reference images from the same photographer and asking you to "Shoot it to look like this." Believe it or not kids, it happens every single day in commercial, fashion and all things in between photography.

I think there was a discussion about this before though, emulation vs. inspiration?

And I think Lucluc has it on the spot. Albeit nowadays it's easier to track people ripping people off, it's also easier to rip people off and get away with it.

Maybe this is one of the issues being looked at in Sebastion's recent Intelectual [sic] Copyright post...

Copyright infringement is not boring, it's something I have to deal with often, you and your long winded responses is a different story.

My website will be up and running very soon, unfortunately been very busy travelling and working, not sitting at a computer.

And also I would have an ounce of respect for you if you had the balls to show any of your work or even commit to your name, until you do you don't have a leg to stand on missy.

It's only the 5th day of this New Year and already you want pistols at dawn?

You're out of your depth. Find another target.

To come back to the issue; To me it doesn`t make sense to put energy in things beyond your control, like images appearing wherever, dissing in forums, ect

Pfft!

You're having a fucking laugh love (F:lux)

I recently shot a very famous group of girls and the images got leaked to the press without my knowledge. As a photographer I found that not singing a release when we shot the pics, played to my advantage when taking it to court - all win situation. As a photographer you legally own the rights to images you take regardless unless you sign a release stating otherwise.
