A quick query people could help me with.

In January I am opening a new studio based in clerkenwell area (EC1 London) which is primarily for me but I also want to make it accesible for new photographers and people who can't afford the likes of Holborn, Metro etc.

I remember when I was doing tests and zero budget editorial I could never find a studio for less that £250 PD. I want to be able to open up the studio a few days a week for a fee of about £100 or so, so that people can rent it out and shoot work without some nazi charging an arm and a leg and £10 each time they touch a lighting grip or tripod.

To the photographers on here, is there any interest in that and is that a kind of rate people can afford without stretching a tight budget.
