In reply to Galileo's Universe:
Maybe. It is certainly thought provoking tho. It had never crossed my mind until this week to actualy question what is on my walls. Before most things were there due to aesthetics. Bold saturated colours, the seamless contrast of light and shadow. Things I loved the look of, like cut out Dior campaigns.
But I suddenly thought to myself, hang on, would an artist who has true self respect have the work of another artist on their own wall?! It is just lazy thinking! I wonder what Tracy Emin has in her home, I bet you it is not the work of Damien Hirst or Jeff Koons. Thats why origional question was to Nick. It would be interesting to know what the 'establishment' decorate their homes with. Not that it should make any difference to the less established of course. After all, that is the whole point, to find your own answer!
