Bina, do feel free to continue sycophantically sucking up to Ben by copy/pasting his 'witticisms', but don't expect it to pass unnoticed or be considered entirely innocent. If I remember right, at the outset you were actually very helpful to Chris, in your own way - so why the volte face?

The fact is that Chris has now successfully been hounded out of this forum, after over a year's worth of consistant harrassment lead largely by Ben, followed by a lot of characterless people obviously content to range themselves in the camp of head honcho bully meister rather than find themselves on the receiving end. Of course, Chris could eventually do a prodigal (in which case he would only be following the fine example of Ben, who's done this himself several times already), and so what?

The fact that so many of you find Chris' existence impossible to believe, for me indicates how little you get out and actually meet people.

Sometimes I think you get off on being so proper and boring. I was actually being nice and offering him a few pointers that genuinely might help avoid the kind of attacks you speak about. Bina is an old friend of mine, she pulls me up on posts if she disagree's too.

I do think it's you that should get out more to be fair, infamous for being a human google and spending 'days' on the web - as it says in your (let's be fair) incredibly boring blog. I think you get angry as there's a lot of truth in the advice I gave Chris, that applies to yourself. Sitting there at your little desk, rain pounding the windows, husband at work, looking out the window and wondering "if only"...

Maybe Chris will surprise us all and do something, I for one hope he does. You however, not so much.

The only reason you attacked me is because to your shock and horror I agreed with something Ben said. I think his advice is valid and I was merely pointing out that if his post was read without an aggressive tone you would see the advice. I'm not even going to rise to the "sucking up" comment. As Ben mentioned we know eachother and I do disagree with him at times, like I agree and disagree with Chris. I'm amazed that from someone who believes in being able to freely speak about whatever they wish, would respond to my 1 post with "fuk you too". Chris is a story teller and poet a blog would be fantastic for him. What is sometimes written on here would be like me going on the Saatchi Forum and posting about my shameful love of Lionel Richie, it's not exactly relevant!

So, Bina and Ben are friends. No, really? I'd never have guessed.

And Ben, you might find my blog boring which, I concede, is fair enough. But you are still reading it. I'm truely flattered, really I am. Gosh.

So much anger over a Surf competition; what happened to the free-love ethos..."at one with the sun wind and surf."

F:lux you really are supercilious!! You would rather think that Bina agreed with Ben because they're friends than because you can't accept that someone has a differing opinion to you. She has agreed once with Ben (who by the way I think is hilarious) and you get all aggressive. You need to deal with your emotional attachment you have with Ben. Whenever anyone else is rude to Chris (look who started it at the beginning) you don't pipe up until Ben makes a comment. Why is that? Is your love for him so unbearable because it's not reciprocated? I'm sorry for your unrequited love. Get over it!

Et voila, l’example type de quelqu’un qui manque de caractère. Leaving aside the fact that neither of you know arse from elbow, the highly romantic *blushes* image of me sitting in a window was Ben’s, Shaw. If you’re going to attempt to insult me, could you not at least try to be a teeny bit original?

Last one out is a troll!

re the image of "policeman"flux sitting at the window being bens...i think it comes from the dr hook song BALLAD OF LUCY JORDAN..it could be the ballad of lucy carrovan or whatever your real name is...it was famously covered by marriane faithfull..and theres some other line that says "you will never get to drive through paris in a sportscar in the rain"but really its typcasting and your probably very nice, and your father was working class..and dat....
