Just had a look at your website love your building shots also the take away shots look like the photos you get in biology books. Kind of put me off a curry! Not sure if you meant to spell bread "bred" without meaning to sound picky. It's just bred means something totally different before I opened it I expected an image about bad breeding. But now you've posted your web i understand more about what you were enquiring about. I thought it was more about retouching when in fact you wanted to achieve a photo to look like a painting. Are you wanting to avoid using computers? do you want to achieve the look solely through photography?

i work professionaly graphic design for 11 years with photoshop and others
and i'm seriously hanging at photography for only 5 months, this is why i try not to use photoshop at all into my photo works...

but when i see desiree dolron is may change my mind bout it,
as a graphic designer i fellt like "photoshoping is cheating" but it is not

off course desiree work doesn't depends on photoshop, it depends on her enlighted inspired mind and hard work, passing through photo and photoshop.

i have photoshoped a short serie made with a non reflex digital cam (kodak dx76, complete shit) because of the low quality of the cam i used photoshop and the result was quite impressive compared to the original shots
