So, Ben, you're trying to say, Aretha vomitting onto a t-shirt (R-E-S-P-E-C-T) wasn't as gritty, captivating & "bizarre" as it was online! Neva. R-E-S-P-E-C-T!
After going down the wowow/showstudio party i was disappointed as the main focus was actually about recording/ documenting the event rather than actually being part of it. Im sure the photos made it look cool but the actual reality was crap. Sometimes you dont always need to try so hard to make something a 'happening'

I am honestly more dissapointed in this project than I think I ever have been with a editorial piece, be it print or otherwise. I liked SHOW for many reasons all of which I had presupposed would be because they ignored this kind of thing, and focused on more interesting aspects of fashion and the industry process. I simply cannot believe this project, and what keeps going on, as neither can a single person I work with or have spoken to about it. I just feel incredibly let down.
Somebody vomiting onto a T-shirt, along with the rest of what I've seen over the last week, is an absolute fucking joke.

Yeah, Ben, it's just as well you're editorial continues to be so unique and visionary. Thank GOD people like you have the foresight to pastiche Willy Vanderperre and Olivier Rizzo, nod to early David Sims, try for late Weber and follow where Alister McClellan leads instead of mucking around creating light entertainment for jealous people that have nothing better to do than bully the weakest boy in the playground and say the same thing again and again. Nice work!

Look Sandrine, to a Librarian in Cambridge it quite possibly does look AMAZING, but to me it doesn't. Opinions are the one thing we have that are unique perhaps, I appreicate yours.
It might surprise people that I'm the same age as most of the WOWOWOWOWOW 'crowd', but I've been working too fucking long, and too fucking hard to watch some idiot vomit onto a T-shirt and that be given any kind of praise. This isn't a pugh attack, I like his 'costumes', in fact this isn't an attack at all, it's just me sitting here with my head in my hands, absolutely destroyed that the last bastian of British fashion (in my opinion) has followed this appauling suit.

Ben, no need to get so down about this. I remember being at the WOWOW party in Peckham and there were some "performers" on one of the stages doing stuff I thought was pretty lame. I just ignored them and went to the Drum and Bass room [they played that Fugees DJ Hype track from years ago...so good].
Anyway, my point is that just like a shitty editorial [in my opinion] in whatever magazine, sometimes you just have to ignore some things for the sake of mental health. Doesn't mean that the magazine is shitty, but that the editorial team maybe didn't make a wise choice. It's all subjective anyway.
Nonetheless, when I make my way to London I'll be sure to try to talk to you into collaborating on some stuff. Keep things interesting.

Sandrine. Pure admiration. Perfectly condensed into one beautifully economic paragraph, a backlog (I'm guessing) of exasperation. If you don't mind, I salute you!

I must admit the thought of someone vomiting on a T Shirt in the name of art seems a littal sick, to me, and in very bad taste, so I agree with Ben on this one.
