To return to Glasgow, I got this from Geographic in the mail. How good does this sound?

...We'd really like to draw your attention this year's Le Weekend festival. It's a lovely event based in Stirling, Central Scotland. Close by are the Trossachs and the Lake of Monteith.

This year's event features incredible Nagisa Ni te's first ever performance outside of Japan. Shinji Shibayama, leader of Nagisa Ni te is one of the key figures on the Japanese underground scene. His label, Org is responsible for amongst other things, Maher Shalal Hash Baz's defining release, Return Visit To Rock Mass. Nagisa Ni te are epic sounding, tender, soaring, amazing. they will surely turn on all fans of Ghost, Galaxie 500, The Hallelujahs and the Pastels. This will be their first concert outside of Japan. They play on the Sunday.

Other artists at this years event include Bill Wells, Norman Blake, Stefan Schneider (To Rococo Rot), Barbara Morgenstern, Annie Whitehead (who play on the Friday), Richard Youngs (Saturday), Phantom Orchard (Saturday), and films about Maher Shalal Hash Baz and Cornelius Cardew.

Monorail still has some tickets left and will be on site with a record stall.

Le Weekend May 25th, 26th and 27th May.
