The new laws that are to be put in order to make it an offence to show extreme pain or damage to another person in pornography. Vivien westwards son was in the Sunday observer defending the rights to the production of hard core porn. Over the last few months I have been shown very extreme porn on other people’s phones depicting mutilation of genitalia and obvious infliction of pain to others. I should think that the new law are being put in place to prevent this.
Any laws can be miss used by people in law who have a grudge or are prejudice towards others, the rules should be the same across the Country as in the past they could very from area to area..
My work is all about seeing the beauty of other and not inflicting pain on anyone. So I guess that it will not affect me. But seeing the amount of people that are in to S and M I can see major infringement of civil liberties across the world.
A lot of people are in to piercing on all parts of there bodies, how will this effect people who are hooked on to the pain.

Was Vivienne Westwoods son defending "violent" pornography? I just think back to that Graham Coutts case in 2003/4 after he killed Jane Longhurst and it was all related to extreme internet sites and forums and magazines promoting violence against women in the name of sexual gratification
