Yes she has contributed in the past .... but to what extent is her contribution valuable ? .... when you cook a dish you don't want to burn it .... do you ? ....
I think she lost it and no matter what ....... she certainly has no respect for herself ..

Just in case anyone might be interested this is how you can prepare and cook your own BAMIA ... in case you might want to taste one ...... lol!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 2 hours, 00 minutes

Ingredients:

1 lb stew meat (lamb or beef)
1 pound frozen okra
16 oz canned crushed tomatoes
4 oz. canned tomato puree
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1/8 teaspoon allspice
8 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation:

In a large saucepan, brown meat with olive oil. Add onions and garlic.

Add crushed tomatoes, stirring well with meat, garlic and onion. Add cumin, coriander, salt and pepper, and allspice. Add water and tomato puree. Stir and combine well.

Add okra and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until meat is tender and done.

The sauce should thicken as it cooks. If it does not, add 1/

Cutting out the middle man is a great idea.
For to long galleries have made to much of a persentage from the work of artists.

There is art, and there is the art market. Art does seems to hold its value though. These days with personal webpages it's so much more simple to buy art from artist directly.

I thought it was intriguing last month when I was reading the English language newspaper in Italy, that the news of the art auction was placed next to the article on credit crunch. The fact of the placement said something about the importance of art in the global financial market.
