From Shakespeare to The Smiths, Wittgenstein to Warhol
Am I just the last person to hear about these two ? A West Coast friend of mine had a tape of Regina Spektor which was beautiful,and she also told me of an American singer called Cat Power,who sounds really interesting.
Does anybody know any more they could tell me about them?
Cat Power is awsome,she gets so into her songs she breaks down on stage.
She also duets with the model and singer Karen Elson.
I think they did a cover version of Serge Gainsbourgs' hit Je t'aime ,moi non plus,which is available on i-tunes.
