What does anyone think about David Fisher's rotating skyscraper designs?
My initial concerns of environmental impact were cast aside when I heard that movement will be wind and solar powered.
A very interesting idea, in my opinion.

Just wondering what is the the purpose and practicality of having rotating floors apart from being a great engineering challenge ? .... I can only imagine to be a great treat if you want to have the best of both worlds in the matters of enjoying watching the sun from sunrise to sunset !
