The point I was trying to make was to chill out and take yourself less seriously, in doing that you might progress with your work more. I don't know where this big story has come from, but it hasn't really helped your case.

Please chill out, if people have jibes at you then jibe them back. Perhaps don't post every snippet of information you read in the fashion section of the supplements and it will happen less. Sebastion you take EVERYTHING too seriously, no wonder you are always so stressed out with work and things not happening for you. Look on the brighter side of life and you never know, you might actually end up having some fun.

Also had two pilce raids and had to fight to get all my art work back over a three months period, it was then, 7 years of my photographic work everything I had tried to achive, they also told me that working in this field I would have to expect this.
Also during this time whe I was vulnnrasble and in secure I was being sexually assaulted by that same solicitor, The police now about him but turn a blind eye as he can get gulity please from gay me.
So dont tell me that the system is not carupt in this Country.
I try and respect everyone at every level, and have a sence of humer, but I am also effected from my experiences. At the same time I have no intention of doing anything els from what I am doing now, As you possibly reralise by now, it is my life.
So lets try and have a lot more respect towars those around us.
Als whilst working at Natio I had an alcohilc warent officer who suspected that I was gay, he said Summerfield I think you are a bit of an invert, I want you to go and see a Docter, So I went to thje docter and had to convince him that I was strait, I managed to saty in for the rest of this time in the RAf b12 year but could not ebgage for ant longer, I just hit walls. My work aks quesrions about l;ives and says be who you want to be , it has nothing to do with anyone else, we are being dictated to by the biggest abusers, at every level, if you would just look with open eyes, the experiences has made me very wise, and I make sure that in my life I have respect for others and try to understand others, at every level, but as I have found, people who dont understand, can quite eaasy judge, othwers, even if this story was not about me, people dont want to be confronet with the truth, as seen here.
In a lot of ways it has made me a better person.
So lets be frimds and change the subject now Detley, cool

By the way I do understand what you are saying Ben,thanks for tha advise,
I have said a lot today and given you a grounding as to, why I am so serious and pashionet on issues, I will now try to get back to talking about art, fashion and the things that mean everything to us.At the same time lets try and also stop people from getting into personell attacks on others, after all we are all entitled to our own views in a so called free world.
I am also not wuite as dyslexic as I looseem , a lot of it is lack of patience on the computer

Hi Sebastion, you do illustrate an interesting insight into the fundimentals of your creative process: the corrupt hegemony that you find self evident and pervasive, (having encountered at so many twists and turns of your life). This seems to be a veneer or canvas that you are fighting against / reacting to / painting upon?

however this is a view not neccesarily as obvious to the rest of the contributors to the forum and I guess that is an explanation why your statements which are central to your thoughts and your life (and your creativity), appear irrelevant and frivilous to others.

It is interesting for me to reflect on your statements in the context of my own creative decisions and viewpoint and think of my general outlook that underpins my work... What is my "creative persona" the outcome of? and could it have been different? How does it influence and effect my work at the most basic level? (i think of this as trying to see the back of my own head and i attempt it often) It's actually a process as artists or creators i think we owe ourselves and our audience.

But I wouldnt like think that my outlook and viewpoint is obvious to others, they cant see what i can out of my own eyes! i wouldnt think that makes them naive! Illustrating and expressing those ideas i feel IS the artistic/creative process. And I think that it's the process that people expect to be discussed here in this forum.

Now we have heard your background, it would be very interesting to hear how you have interpreted the statements you want to make about the world, in the techniques and ideas, outcome, aesthetic and exhibition etc of your work, rather than making those statements seemingly randomly in the forum.

it seems a great opportunity having the background, experiences, insight and opinions you have to express this through your work in a way to pursuade your detractors of your point of view (whether they are the opposing contributors to this forum or indeed the corrupt hegemony itself)!

anyway this was meant in good spirits to all.

OK. As a boy I would spend hours, walking and runnung along the canals near where I lived in the Country.
The only time the family would be together was when we went on Holiday to wales.
This is where my brother and I could spend hours running and rolling in the sand dunes being at one with the world around us, taking in the warm air, swimming in the reasonably warm sea.
It was an escape from the preasures in the world, a time when we were all together.

I used to enjoy seeing the works of Micheal Angelo in the school library, and wanted to re create this in photography.
My work is related to the classic ideals of male beauty, away from the destructive elements, I have seen to much of this side.
I like the work of the early photographers like Herbert List, Ritts and others in this style, innocent escapism, I go beyond the lens also by taking photography in to print and resently silk creen, and extending beyond that by mixing in to other medias, including film.
I am interested in people and there lifestyles, and like to see what happens, some of the guys I have worked with , in later life have developed drugs, alcohol problems, in one case the guy got AIDS.Nearly all are strait,as with gay guy unfortunatly there tends to be to many issues involved, I would like to work with more gay guys and show there lifestyles, but find it hard work, they seem to have a lot of hangups, which is sad.
OK Ethan not sure what you wanted to here, but I hope you are not going to rip this one to peaces.
In general my work is about the healthy male form, and being at one with the world and nature around us.

Hey Sebastion, I'm creative director for an australian fashion label.

I'm sorry to say that I find so much posturing in the forum. People just wanting to justify their arbitrariness. SHOWstudio is about revealing the creative process no?
