Three years ago I saw this guy walking around Plymouth with a double moheakon har style, I thought that he was very photo genic so I asked him if he was interwested in doing a shoot with me.
He turned out to be a great model at 19.
Barry Thorn or S Club had tattose on his chest with the signatures of the band members of S Club Seven.
Barry is studying media at the University of Plymouth at the moment to B.A level. He is fun and out going,a great skateboarder and all rounder.

Not making excuses its a point, getting out to see these people in Frankfert and other areas, costs money, and I dont have any.
I am also desparet to get work printed from the summer.
(Its not that I hate the Governments its the double standards on how people are treated and dictated to, and the propagander used to justify a cause I hate.?) Its all about respecting each other.

im on exotic charring x rd london..i will be here for at least 2 months promoting the book,deving films,printing.....also taking some pictures for the next but one book...sub night porter genre but all really..post orwellian down and out in london and paris.im taking pictures of what im afraid of..which is... quite a lot! from mad women..to a mad hostel..it will take me years of course....but its really just contemporary black and white photography.
you really have to spend money to make money,not going to frankfurt is a false economy for you.thats were you would meet a publisher..rather than expecting the world to lift you from your barstool in the south-west,while looking for a government grant.
sorry to be so blunt but i did the same thing for years and wouldnt want you to wallow in the.. poor me;s...pour me another one attitude..concentrate on the one thing..publishing what you have before making new work.

First, good luck with the project.
I spend all my time chasing contacts ,ocasly and nationaly, and moving things on a daily bases, like you its what I am about.
I am not in to time wasting everything has to be a means to an end in getting moving, thats why I use this forum.
I dont drink as I tend to fall of the bar stool.
And finding the money to get stuff moving from the labs is more important, I do not shoot digital but dont mind taking things firther in to digital after starting in analogue, usualy from medium format.
I hope to show the results of this years work sometime in the future, hopefully here.
I am glad that your book is doing well has it won many more competitions yet Chris.
thats the thing right.you spend a lot of time chasing people,all over the place when you can go to 1-place like frankfurt and meet everyone in that buisness really who are all there and approachable rather than wasting time trying to get appointments to see them in their offices,and the equivilent is true for photography or film festivals..so it is time wasting to try and see them any other way...best cshaw
