S'OK. I know what you mean, but it's really difficult to pay people compliments though. The wordings often sound naf, but at base aren't they sincere and isn't that the most important thing? When you get compliments you're generally glad someone has made the effort (and it can be hard work), even if it is embarrassing all round. Learning how to give and receive them is probably more important than anybody thinks!
