I think meisels photographs have become ubiquitous to vogue italia, I can look at a shoot say yeah thats meisel, thats testino (though rarely does he shoot for vogue italia) or thats lindbergh.

He has a commonality in his studio work, the lighting and pseudo-dynamism of his poses are very similar.

Still a big inspiration in terms of output and consistent quality.
