On the other hand we could look at it .... the 'idea' behind of such a 'concept ' ..as an attempt of to hastily 'endow' the fragrance with a kind of aphrodisiac 'power' .... of it could be something intimate that belongs in the sphere of wishful thinking in a 'Freudian' way ....just guessing !.... either way it was absolutely badly translated by whoever put the whole end result together, lacking any sense of subtlety, finesse and not to mention that the image also lacks any aesthetics worth noticing ...

Able to achieve images of provocative is brilliant, I didn't find Tom Ford's perfume ad to be anywhere provocative, only has shock value. In this vintage photo of YSL, Loulou looked like an Antonio Lopez's fashion illustration.
