Hi didi,they have been around for nearly 5 years already.Certainly Gemma and Lily have made it to a point in fashion that if one wants to use the somewhat redundent term "supermodel" then there is no doubt that that is what they are .They define the look of fashion now and have done for the last few years.

what do you think about the latest super models like gemma ward, lily cole, jessica stam etc with their awkward faces and angelic look.
will they last in the next 5 years? or they're just temporary?

i think right now people get easily bored with super beautiful and so-called perfect face. now people are more interested with someone who got something different.
one of the "weird" model that i love is devon aoki, i think she's very unique. i'm so glad that she's back to fashion world lately after wandering in movies (i love her in sin city).
current favoruite is irina lazareanu because she is the antithesis to what anybody expects a model to look like. she's so cool looking. she got into it through kate moss because she used to play the drums in pete doherty's band.

...but I don't think they'll last for aggesss
but then I don't really see any new trend coming along either.

i think that they have a face with "character" and might be around the runway and "high-fashion" as long as they're still young.
when they get older, i don't think people would use them anymore. not like typical beautiful faces like daria or claudia schiffer etc.
