Caught on film during Nick Knight’s photo shoot for the 49th issue of Visionaire's 'Decades' collaboration back in June 2006, Ice Cream features London model Lily Donaldson wearing pieces from the Maison Martin Margiela Archive, posing with some of the season’s favourite ephemera – including a rhapsody of metallic balloons and a flurry of dry ice. Beautiful sound track.I love how delicate and whimsical this film is.It seems to be coming from a very different place.The fashion world often appears cynical and to have lost its desire to dream,this film is a welcome step to regain some of the beauty that fashion can portray.
... i have to agree with Galileo's Universe!! and i must add its so "old-fashioned" in a modern point of view, this is hard to catch on a film but mr. knight do it like noone else!!! he has it!!!!
