Artist
Jo Ratcliffe is an artist living and working in London. Ratcliffe studied Fine Art at Central Saint Martins School of Art. Her commercial work has been featured on the cover of British Vogue and internationally in publications such as The New York Times, Dazed and Confused, Wallpaper, Another Magazine, Uniqlo Paper and Vogue Nippon. Ratcliffe has developed branding and advertising projects, illustrated book covers and t-shirts and has produced three-dimensional work. Her work has been featured on album covers including Sunno))) and Integrity. She has also exhibited as part of a project for Nike’s ‘Re-run’ at Miami Basel (2008) and in Paris for group shows at Colette (2006) and Agnes B (2005). Ratcliffe is currently preparing for an exhibition of work in late 2009, featuring traditional methods of painting and printmaking more closely connected to her fine art roots.
