Simon Foxton is one of Britain's leading stylists. After graduating from St. Martin's College of Art and Design in 1983, he set up his own design label, Bazooka. He started styling for i-D in 1984 and since then has contributed to magazines including The Face, Arena, Arena Homme Plus, Vogue Hommes International, Details, W, GQ Style and Big Magazine. Foxton has also acted as Creative Consultant to many major fashion brands including Levis-Strauss and Mandarina Duck. In 2005 he guest edited the August issue of i-D, and is now the magazine's Fashion Director. His work is represented in collections including the Victoria & Albert Museum and Tate Modern. An exhibition celebrating Foxton's work entitled 'When You're a Boy: Men's Fashion Styled by Simon Foxton' curated by Penny Martin, is on display at The Photographers' Gallery until 4 October 2009.
