Clive Booth is a photographer and visual communications consultant working in London. Booth's career as a graphic designer spans over two decades for clients including Adidas, British Airways, Toyota and Moët & Chandon, specialising in unusual or 'special projects' which include both print and three dimensional design. His output has included multimedia installations and thirty foot trees for Toyota UK's reception area, through custom-built champagne displays in Harrods, Waitrose and Selfridges, to a glow in the dark London taxi cab that shimmered to music and was covered in Swarovski crystals for Moët and Chandon. Booth recently moved into photography, following early enthusiasm, originally shooting acclaimed intimate nightlife shots and subsequently moving into fashion and cosmetic photography. His international photographic clients have since included MAC Cosmetics, L'Oreal, Wella and fashion designers including Roksanda Ilincic, Jonathan Saunders and Maria Grachvogel. Clive prefers shooting with available light and he capitalises on very fast fixed focal length lenses and works predominantly at very wide apertures, aiming to create a dreamlike quality that is occasionally on the border of the still image and painting.
